Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Orders placed by 1am EST will begin processing on the same day. Processing time takes up to 2 business days (Israel business days are Sunday – Thursday).

At this time AWB is offering international shipping to select locations.
Shipping is currently available with both Standard and Priority Shipping orders to the following locations:
- North America
- Europe
- The United Kingdom
- Australia & New Zealand
- Taiwan, Thailand, South Korea, Japan
At this time, shipping to the following locations is only available with Priority Shipping. Unfortunately, for this reason AWB cannot offer free shipping over 100 USD to these locations. We apologise for this inconvenience and are working with our local post to resolve this issue:

Orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times.
Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
Unfortunately at this time, AWB will not accept international orders exceeding 500 USD.

Duties and Taxes Refund
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
Business Days and Holidays
All orders ship Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays within The State of Israel. Packages do not ship from our fulfilment centre on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day (Sylvester)
- IDF Remembrance Day
- Israel Independence Day
- Rosh Hashanah (2 days), Yom Kippur, Sukkot (2 days), Purim, Passover (2 days), Shavuot
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.

Are there stores in which I can purchase your items or self-pick up?
At this time, purchase is available online only and cannot be picked up from the warehouse.
How can I contact customer service?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Only credit back to the original form of payment is available.
If you’re not totally loving your AWB purchase, you can return it within 10 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees. Please note it may take up to 60 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

In light of the reduced flights to and from Israel due to COVID-19 in the destination countries, the Israel Postal Service updates that there may be delays in the arrival of international mail deliveries to recipients abroad, including EMS items.
The Israel Postal Service is doing its best to deliver your items to you in the best possible way. Orders with Priority shipping will be given priority in the processing stages. However, the Israel Postal Service cannot guarantee the delivery times of Priority Shipping items and other mail deliveries.
AWB apologises for the delays in the international postal service for reasons beyond our control.
